Construction Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as obtaining necessary permits and approvals. You must have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers and subcontractors. A background in construction management or a related field is required, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in the UAE construction industry is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply, no English proficiency is required but knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. Part-time positions may be considered for exceptional candidates.
