Indian Sales Manager in Nizwa
We are seeking a highly motivated Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the city. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
