IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology department of our company in Vianden. Your main duty will be to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology to support and improve our business operations. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify and address their technology needs. Your role will also involve budgeting, strategic planning, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to employees
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and replacement of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives
- Manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Stay informed about new technologies and make recommendations for improvement or cost savings opportunities
- Train employees on how to use new hardware or software systems effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management systems
- Proficiency in project management techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month

Contract Type: Full-time contract

Accommodation: Provided by the company
