Concrete Worker Supervisor


A construction company in Vianden is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Supervisor to join our team. This role is suitable for someone with a strong background in concrete work and experience in supervising a team. As a Concrete Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our team of concrete workers, ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards and within deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of our team of concrete workers
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new workers
- Ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications and within deadlines
- Monitor the quality of work and address any issues or concerns
- Oversee the use of equipment and materials, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and progress made on projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Previous experience in supervising a team preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required for the job
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
