As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer instructions and industry best practices
- Ensure proper wiring, grounding, and electrical connections are made
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and provide updates on project progress
- Keep accurate records of all installations and maintenance work performed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Good communication skills
