Our highly-rated fine dining restaurant in Jerusalem is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, strong leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budget planning and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that attract customers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques
