Instrument Technician

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Herzliya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in manufacturing, testing, and research environments. Your main duties will include troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance, calibrating equipment, and documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and experience working with different types of instruments such as meters, gauges, thermometers, pressure transmitters, and flow meters. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot malfunctions in instruments and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Calibrate equipment according to established standards
- Document all repairs and maintenance tasks performed
- Communicate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Keep inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed
- Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; technical degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of instrument calibration techniques
- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
