Job Title: Entry-Level Merchandiser in Kaunas

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring all products are displayed and stocked properly in retail stores. This position is suitable for both men and women and does not require any previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in Kaunas to ensure shelves are properly stocked with our products
- Create attractive displays to showcase our products and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock as needed
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure the best placement of our products
- Collect data on sales performance and customer feedback to report back to the team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Must be legally authorized to work in Kaunas without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel within Kaunas as needed
