IT Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our information technology systems. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all company technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security. You will also be tasked with creating and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Develop and maintain technology infrastructure strategies
- Identify potential areas for improvement in systems and processes
- Manage hardware, software, network, and security updates
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Train employees on new technologies as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff members

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (open to candidates from any nationality)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
