Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Jizan. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
- Monitor the company's cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff
- Assist with audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting role, preferably as a Senior Accountant or similar position
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
