Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet all client requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architectural project process, from initial design to final construction
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design strategies
- Develop project budgets and schedules, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project
- Review designs and plans for feasibility, safety, and compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
