Truck Driver (CDL-A)

As a Truck Driver (CDL-A) in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a heavy-duty truck to transport cargo within the city and surrounding areas. Your main duties will include loading and unloading goods, planning routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to their designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to transport goods within the city and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition before each trip.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate parties.
- Communicate with dispatchers and warehouse staff regarding any changes in delivery schedules or load requirements.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Familiarity with Ar-Ruwais roads and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
