Attorney for Contract Law - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Attorney specializing in Contract Law, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to contract negotiations, drafting, and disputes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and at least 2 years of experience practicing contract law. This is a contract position with competitive salary and benefits available for the right candidate. Filipinos are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on contract matters
- Review and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Draft contracts according to client needs and ensure legal compliance
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to contracts
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss contract terms and negotiate on their behalf
- Represent clients in contract dispute resolution proceedings
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings for court proceedings
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws related to contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in contract negotiations or disputes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience practicing as an attorney specializing in Contract Law
- Strong knowledge of laws related to contracts in Qatar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide sound recommendations based on findings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday. The successful candidate will be provided with free visa and ticket to Qatar. Accommodation is not included in the package.
