Job Title: Sales Manager for Malindi, Kenya


We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and drive revenue growth. Your main goal will be to ensure the success of our products and services in the local market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, market research, and other methods
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coach team members on effective sales techniques and provide ongoing training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development teams, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Sound knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the local area
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month along with commission based on performance. We also provide visa sponsorship for international applicants if required. This is a full-time position but we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
