Accountant


We are a growing accounting firm located in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll for employees
- Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets
- Assist with tax preparation and filings
- Conduct monthly closing procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
