A reputable bakery in Ashdod, Israel is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who has a passion for baking and can produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Keep work area clean and sanitary at all times
- Train and supervise junior bakers as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a high-volume bakery setting
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Must have experience with various baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ashdod, Israel. While preference will be given to candidates who are already living in or near Ashdod, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to obtain their own visa.
