Pastry Chef - Jeddah



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Jeddah. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop new pastry recipes, ensuring quality and consistency
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, frosting, and garnishing
- Ensure all food products are prepared in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert menus for special events or occasions
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Creative flair with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high standards for food presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (preferably fluent in English)
- Certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required
