We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate project resources and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and on track
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage project changes and conduct risk management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus

Salary:
