Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Fitness Trainer, you will design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients, provide guidance on proper form and technique, and track client progress. You will also be responsible for promoting our services through various marketing efforts and building relationships with current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any health concerns
- Create personalized workout plans based on client needs, goals, and limitations
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Track client progress through regular check-ins, measurements, and goal assessments
- Provide nutrition guidance to support overall health and fitness goals
- Utilize various marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients
- Build relationships with current clients to encourage retention and referrals

Requirements:
- Personal training certification from a recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal trainer in a gym or fitness center setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention/recovery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Proven track record of achieving results with clients through personalized training programs
- Marketing experience or willingness to learn how to promote our services effectively
