Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen assistants
- Train new employees and ensure that all staff members are following company standards and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability in previous roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
