Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to accurately measure and map out land and property boundaries using specialized equipment and technology. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to provide accurate data for construction projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing survey data and creating reports to communicate findings to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects and engineers to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1200/month

Location: Moscow
