Surveyor - Land and Property


We are currently hiring a Surveyor in the city of Ar-Ruwais, Canada. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on land and properties to determine boundaries, locations, and other important information. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze collected data and prepare accurate reports and maps
- Determine property boundaries and create legal descriptions
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor or related field preferred
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Professional land surveyor (PLS) certification
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software
