Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office staff and ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship. This is an urgent job opportunity for foreigners looking to gain experience in an office environment without the requirement of English language proficiency.
