Warehouse Operations Specialist


As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Jeddah. Your main duties will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive incoming shipments and process outbound orders
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to optimize space utilization
- Train new warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred but not required)
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
