Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to hiring contractors and managing on-site operations. Your goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee all on-site operations and manage construction crew
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1100$
Location: Ar-Ruwais (Visa sponsorship available for non-residents)
