As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in the city, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the project.
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth execution of project activities.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
