Architectural Technologist - Ashdod, Philippines


We are in need of a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Philippines. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process by using your technical expertise to create detailed architectural plans and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings based on project requirements and specifications
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 2D and 3D models of buildings, structures, and other architectural elements
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Analyze building materials and systems to determine their feasibility for specific projects
- Prepare cost estimates for material, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ashdod, Philippines. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the area.

Note:
Filipino candidates are preferred for this position due to language preference.
