Barista (English speaking) - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customers according to their preferences
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness of the café by cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any inquiries or complaints

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques and beverage recipes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time (with possibility for extension)
