IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining network security protocols, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's overall IT infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and procedures
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient with various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux
Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Los Angeles
