Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgets and timelines
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings
Salary: 1500$
Location: Al Ahmadi
Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Malayalees with proficiency in English. The candidate must have their own visa in order to be qualified for this position.
