Office Assistant - Bansko, Bulgaria
We are a reputable company seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
