We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the green spaces of our properties, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of gardening including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Maintain and care for lawns, flower beds, trees, and shrubs
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and pruners
- Ensure that all garden areas are clean and free of debris
- Identify plant diseases or pest infestations and take appropriate action to treat them
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Liaise with other team members to coordinate gardening tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working outdoors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and their care is essential
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
- Indian nationality is preferred but not mandatory
