Gardener Foreman

As a Gardener Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners in the city of Beer-Sheva. Your main duties will include planning and implementing garden designs, maintaining and caring for plants and landscaping features, as well as managing the overall maintenance of gardens in the city. You will also be responsible for training new gardeners, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring high quality work is being performed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care, as well as experience in managing a team. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with your team and clients. A degree or certification in horticulture or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English and have an interest in gardening. This is also an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.
