Indian Architecture Manager in Las Vegas


We are hiring an experienced Indian Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead architectural projects from start to finish.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are met.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior architects on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members of diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas. As an Indian national working in the US on your own visa, you must have the legal authorization to work in the country. Salary for this position is $900 per week.
