Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized design solutions
- Oversee the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction is in accordance with approved designs
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve all architectural plans, ensuring they meet safety standards and local regulations
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and management
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source materials for projects at competitive prices
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect or architecture manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as travel assistance for relocation.
