Head Pastry Chef - Dubai
As a Head Pastry Chef at our high-end restaurant in Dubai, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the production of all pastry and dessert items. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop creative menu offerings that meet the standards of our discerning clientele. Your role will involve managing a team of pastry chefs and ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all pastry items. You will also be responsible for ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, and adhering to food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge and experience in creating a variety of desserts and pastries
- Ability to develop new menu offerings while also maintaining classic favorites
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other chefs and staff members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques for perishable items
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1000$ per month (tax-free)

Nationality: Egyptian (preference)
