Head Chef - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels. This position requires someone who is passionate about food and has excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to different dietary requirements
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques, portion control, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies for menu items
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent education from a reputable institution
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards at all times
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
