As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet high quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations
