Our bakery in Herzliya is seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and more. You will also assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure optimal results
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be ordered
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and equipment
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial kitchen or bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, measurements, and equipment
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (accommodation may be provided for foreign employees)
