Administrator - Sheduva, Nepal
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team in Sheduva, Nepal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
- Maintain records and files accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor budget and expenses
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
