Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Hawalli. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of masons working on construction projects
- Train and mentor new masons, ensuring they are familiar with safety guidelines and proper techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine materials needed for projects
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure it meets industry standards
- Oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained properly
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members
- Monitor inventory levels of materials to ensure availability for upcoming projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Own visa preferred
- Available immediately
