Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and eager Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will assist in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects according to budget and schedule
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or risks
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Assist with managing the procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Provide support to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
Khasab, Oman (preference for Pakistani candidates)

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
