Job Title: Contract Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Khasab. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress
- Oversee all aspects of construction including budget management, material procurement, and personnel management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties including clients and senior management
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a contract role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Khasab
