Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager


As a Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects in Vilnius. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with a team of engineers and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed efficiently.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Conducting feasibility studies and site investigations to determine project viability.
- Preparing technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Overseeing construction progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks or issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed on site.
- Acting as a liaison between the client, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
