General Handyman

We are a reputable property management company in Manama seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an entry-level position suitable for men with no prior experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance issues
- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues and report them to the supervisor
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on all properties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
