We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Muscat. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine boundaries, elevations, and features. Your main duties will include using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate data, creating maps and plans using computer software, and providing recommendations based on survey findings. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in surveying, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian nationals with their own visa or freshers looking to start their career in surveying. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques. You should have a good understanding of topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, and legal descriptions. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, contours, and other features.
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate data.
- Create maps and plans using computer software.
- Analyze data collected from surveys to provide recommendations.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare reports detailing survey findings.
- Ensure accuracy of all collected data.
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques.
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and other surveying equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
