Nurse Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is suitable for male candidates and does not require English proficiency or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Monitor patient care plans and provide guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Manage schedules, assignments, and staffing levels to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Train new employees and provide ongoing education for current staff
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the nursing department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Valid nursing license in Bulgaria
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
