Machine Operator (Contract Position)

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a machine operator and be able to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines. This is a contract position, perfect for someone without experience who is eager to learn and gain valuable skills in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines according to company standards
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Complete necessary paperwork and record production data accurately
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Must have a biometric passport for security clearance
