Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at height using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial alpinism tasks such as rope access, rigging, welding, painting, and cleaning at height
- Inspect and maintain equipment used for industrial alpinism
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working at height
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or similar field
- Knowledge of rope access techniques and safe work practices at height
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in IRATA or SPRAT rope access techniques
- Experience working on offshore platforms or wind turbines
- Previous experience supervising a team of industrial alpinists
