Sales Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of the local market in Mombasa is preferred
- Indian nationality is preferred but not required
- Must possess a valid biometric passport
Salary: $900 per month (plus commission)
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Contract Type: Full-time contract with possibility of renewal.
